Grief Therapy
in Decatur & Athens, GA
How can therapy help your grief?
Grief therapy is unlike any other type of therapy in that there is not a problem to solve - grief can only be acknowledged and held. I do not offer a 5-step program in how how to get over your grief. With compassion and non-judgement, professional training and the knowing that only comes from personal experience, I offer a space to fully explore the depths of your loss so that you can find the strength to carry it and continue to live.
I know that grief is not as simple as someone dying- I work with anticipatory grief, caregiving, chronic illness, aging and traumatic grief.
ADHD + Autism Support in Decatur & Athens, GA
Working with neurodivergence is a little bit life-hack, and a lot of excavating deeply held negative beliefs about one’s self. By supporting my clients to untangle the shame that is entwined in their daily lives we can work to build a meaningful and functional life that actually works. I don’t just tell you to use the Pomodoro method - we create evidence-informed systems together that honor your specific brain while clearing the blocks that keep you from implimenting them.
Through EMDR therapy, Ketamine-Assisted therapy, and parts work, I use integrated strategies to support my clients in their goals.

While I primarily focus on grief and neurodivergence, I have experience with many types of trauma, working with teens and anxiety, and numerous other diagnosis. Competency is important to me and no therapist is an expert in everything. If you are unsure of whether I work with a particular diagnosis - just shoot me a message and I am happy to point you in the right direction.
